Hi, Ik hoop in het Engels is ok. I bought a nexus 5 from belsimpel.nl end of January. Now it suddenly does not turn on. Tried the tricks suggested in various forums, no luck. Should I go through the garantie process described on belsimpel? http://www.belsimpel.nl/klantenservice/garantie-reparatie/lg
It says the original pakbon is required since it is the warranty proof, but I did not realize that and threw it out, although I still have the email receipt, and the box the phone came in. So, I would hope that will cannot refuse to fix the phone? Alternatively, would you suggest to go via LG?
